It’s Carrefour at ‘Nakumat’ Junction



The struggling retailer; Nakumatt was on and off at their Junction Branch. This came in the wake of them facing stringent financial crisis that left it totally fallen out with suppliers over accumulated Payments for goods supplied. This resulted in their outlets trading on empty shelves for the longest time now. The Junction outlet falling shot of stock, was closed and re-opened in a landlord tenant tussle over what was termed as breaching the irreducible minimums of what would be otherwise Anchor tenant agreement.
